Products and prices

We aim to show products accurately, including photos, size, colour, materials, and other details. Colour on screen can still differ slightly from the item because of lighting, device, or display settings. Prices, stock, promotions, and discounts may change at any time.

Orders and payment

An order is processed after checkout is completed and payment is received in full. Available methods may include bank transfer, e-wallet, card, or other options shown at checkout. Valyde Jersey may cancel an order if payment is not completed within the stated time.

Shipping

Orders are shipped via the courier or logistics partner available at the time of purchase. Estimated delivery times may vary depending on the destination, selected shipping service, and the courier’s operational conditions. Orders are processed and shipped daily, with a cut-off time of 3:00 PM WIB. Orders placed after 3:00 PM WIB will be processed on the following day. Please note that delivery times may be delayed due to circumstances beyond our control, such as severe weather, operational issues, or other unforeseen circumstances.

After dispatch

Once the parcel is handed to the courier, the shipment is the courier’s responsibility. After it is marked delivered to the address you provided, later loss or damage is your responsibility, unless the courier’s policy or applicable law says otherwise. Tracking details are sent to your checkout email, and you can also follow the shipment from Track your order.

Returns and exchanges

Return or exchange requests must be submitted within 2 calendar days after the product has been received. We only accept returns or exchanges under the following circumstances:

• The product has a defect that was not disclosed in the product description.
• The wrong product was sent.
• The wrong size was sent compared to the size ordered.
• The product was damaged or incorrectly fulfilled due to an error on our side.
• The product received is otherwise significantly different from the product description or the original order.

Size Selection

We do not accept returns or exchanges simply because the product does not fit, is too large, or is too small, as long as the correct size was sent according to the order and the measurements stated in the product description. To minimize the risk of choosing the wrong size, we strongly recommend measuring the length and chest/width of a garment you currently wear comfortably and comparing those measurements with the size chart provided on the product page before placing your order. By placing an order, customers are encouraged to carefully review the size chart, product description, condition, and measurements before completing their purchase.

Return shipping

You cover shipping for a return or exchange, unless Valyde Jersey sent the wrong size, colour, or product, or the item has a defect that is our responsibility. Requests that do not meet these conditions may be declined.
